Right-2-Work is a Community Interest Company that delivers many key initiatives to help support and develop autistic individuals and individuals with learning disabilities. Right-2-Work's Supported Internship scheme is a structured study and work placement based scheme that takes place over one school or college year. It is specifically aimed at 16-24 year olds who have an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP) and who want to make the move from education into employment but need the support to do so. They have a Job Coach who helps to provide clients with CV writing skills, career guidance, job hunting and interview techniques and job skills training and then secure them a work placement (internship) with a local employer that best fits the career objectives of the client. They then support the clients on the job and help them to become exemplary members of the employers team, with the objective of then securing them a long term paid role with that employer or another organisation by the end of the scheme. Work placements or Internships last from 6 to 9 months, are zero cost for the employer and they have a high success rate of securing paid employment for their clients by the end of the 12 month scheme. They are highly motivated to help all their clients achieve life changing outcomes from the work they do.
HUMP GROUP was founded in 2015 as a community-oriented organisation to educate and raise the awareness of Bedouin (Nomadic) traditions to the wider community. HUMP GROUP is also an active volunteer of various organisations that help special individuals with autism, hearing impairments and Down's Syndrome.
