Right-2-Work is a Community Interest Company that delivers many key initiatives to help support and develop autistic individuals and individuals with learning disabilities. Right-2-Work's Supported Internship scheme is a structured study and work placement based scheme that takes place over one school or college year. It is specifically aimed at 16-24 year olds who have an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP) and who want to make the move from education into employment but need the support to do so. They have a Job Coach who helps to provide clients with CV writing skills, career guidance, job hunting and interview techniques and job skills training and then secure them a work placement (internship) with a local employer that best fits the career objectives of the client.
